Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

1. Digital Downloads (Sheet Music & Charts) All sheet music, arrangements, lead sheets, and digital audio products sold on www.finfarmermusic.co.uk are delivered digitally via automated download links immediately after payment processing.
2. Refund Policy & UK Consumer Rights Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation period does not apply to digital content once download or streaming has commenced.
All sales of digital sheet music and PDF charts are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of cancellation once the download link is accessed.
3. Defective or Corrupted Files If you experience a technical issue, corrupted PDF file, or broken download link, please contact info@finfarmermusic.co.uk with your order number. Replacement download links or corrected PDF files will be reissued promptly at no additional charge.
4. License & Copyright Usage
Personal & Ensemble Use: Purchasing a sheet music PDF grants a non-exclusive license to print and perform the piece for your ensemble, pupils, or personal performances.
Restrictions: You may not re-sell, re-distribute, host online, or share the original PDF files with third parties. All arrangements remain the intellectual property of Finlay Farmer.
5. Bespoke & Custom Commission Services Custom arrangement services or commissioned scoring work agreed upon via inquiry form are subject to individual written project agreements. Deposit payments for custom work are non-refundable once work on the arrangement has commenced.
